お客様へエレベータ改修のご案内
この度はザ・センチュリオンクラシック赤坂への
ご宿泊をご検討頂き、誠にありがとうございます。
誠に勝手ではございますが、下記の日程にて当館エレベータの
改修を行いますので、事前にご案内させて頂きます。
2019年 9月25日（水）・9月26日（木）
午前11：00～午後4：00
作業中はエレベータの運転が停止となります。
ご滞在中のお客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、
ご理解とご協力の程、何卒宜しくお願い申し上げます。
尚、停止している時間帯は当ホテル非常階段をご利用
下さいませ。該当時間のチェックインの際は、フロントで
お荷物をお預かりし、後程お届けさせて頂きます。
また、チェックアウトの際は、11時前までにエレベータをご利用頂けますよう、
ご協力をお願い申し上げます。
お手伝いが必要な場合はフロントまでご遠慮なくご用命下さいませ。

【Elevator repair schedule information for customers】

 

Thank you for considering this hotel.

We would like to inform you in advance that the repairment of the elevator will be performed on the following date and time.

2019 September 25th, Wednesday and 26th Thursday for two days

From 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

The elevator will be completely stopped during the operation.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience which this operation may cause the guests staying with us.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

For your information, the evacuation staircases are available during the operation and we would really appreciate it if the guests who are supposed to check out on the day would complete a check out before 11:00 am, the elevator completely stops.

A receptionist will guide the staircases to the guests checking in before 16:00.

You could,additionally, leave your luggage at the reception during the operation and check in later.
